Petite + perfect // blackberry vanilla Tarts // Blackberry Vanilla Tarts // Blackberry Vanilla Tarts
For those of you who missed the blackberry frozen Yogurt post, I raved on and on about my love for blackberries. For those of you who were here, I apologize in advance. As if you weren't already tired of me going on and on about berries - here's another post towards my blackberry obsession. 

While gazing at my blackberry plunder last week - I decided I needed to make a desert worthy of these little black nuggets. I got this fun little pudding recipe from here, and once I saw hers I knew that they would compliment the berries perfectly.
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
vanilla pudding
1 cup blackberries!!
1. Beat sugar and butter together. Add your egg.
2. Gradually beat in flour.
3. Cover the dough and place in the fridge for several hours.
4. Place dough in non-stick muffin pan, shape into bowls,  and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Let cool and top with pudding and berries.
Blackberries, blackberries, blackberries!! There, I think that got it out of my system.
Am I the only blackberry lover, here?
